Our vision is to create emission reduced beef for conscious carnivores.
By changing just 1% of cattle’s diet to include Asparagopsis Taxiformis – a species of seaweed – it reduces their methane emissions by 90%. It’s good for cows and has no effect on the beef taste.
We will grow the seaweed with our partner and sell it to cattle farms.
Restaurants, hotels and supermarkets will sell this meat with our branding, universally recognised as emission reduced beef. We will also ensure the farms reduce their methane emissions by regular checks.
