Better Futures was a free programme of support for eligible SMEs in London,
funded by the UK government to support the capital’s journey to net zero. There were three different areas of support to choose from, each delivered by expert organisations.
For the past 7 years, the Better Futures programme has supported London’s drive to achieve Net Zero by 2030. Originally funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and then the Mayor of London’s Green New Deal fund, Better Futures continues to provide a fully funded programme of support delivered by a partnership of leading organisations in London’s public and private sector to help solve our continued battle against climate change.
Now funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, the Better Futures programme supports ‘cleantech’ SMEs to innovate and bring new ideas to market as well as helping London’s businesses to reduce their carbon footprint with real, actionable advice and support.
We are providing support to eligible SMEs from across the capital, who are seeking to innovate, grow and create jobs, promote diversity, bring new low carbon solutions to market and contribute towards helping to reduce London’s greenhouse gas emissions.
Companies like those in programme are pioneering how to achieve net zero and will help showcase our national efforts.
