The platform allows green organisations to present this social value to gain new trainees, and allows trainees to develop a personal record of their skill set and experience that can be viewed by job recruiters.
tRain Garden members are accessed by green/non green organisations in need of skilled and knowledgable employees, via the online platform highlighting their skills and competencies.
